Learning Objectives for Stages POWER Essentials VIRTUAL Certification:

• Learn and practice the 5 steps of StagesFit™, knowing that the primary objectives are to 1) Start class on time and 2) Put riders in “the safe zone.”
• Listen and ride the Stages Best Power Practices Audio Ride, then break it down into our Top-10 Best Power Practices
• Learn the SMARTER way of setting goals in Indoor Cycling and practice the Simple Set™ method of building a class structure
• Learn how to combine metrics and rhythm to deliver a safe, effective and exhilarating Indoor Cycling Experience in every class
• Solve any pending questions and explore practical application examples during the Virtual Campus

Get Started!

For you to be completely prepared for your online learning experience and ensure the most beneficial experience for you, please note the following:

1. Complete this Online Certification prior to your Virtual Campus.
2. Once you complete a lecture, feel free to exit Teachable and log back in at your leisure. The course will pick up right where you left off.
3. You need to watch each video in its entirety before moving on to the next lecture or section.
4. There is a 'Test Your Knowledge' at the end of most sections. These tests are not graded but will assess your understanding of the material given in that section. Note the questions that you get incorrect, and go back to re-read that material for full comprehension.
5. There are 2 Stages Rides in this training. Please take the time to not only listen but ride along for the full experience.
6. There is a 'Final Assessment' after the course is completed. This one is graded, and you must achieve 80% or higher to pass the course. There are a limited amount of retakes available, so be prepared the first time!
7. At the conclusion and passing completion of the assessment, make sure you:

• Double-check the date, time (and time zone) of your Virtual Campus and add it to your calendar
• Write down any questions you may have about the Online Certification materials you just went through so you can discuss them with your Master Educator during the Virtual Campus
• Make sure you have the Zoom link to access the Virtual Campus before the day of the training and you have access to a computer with a working camera and mic.
• Upon completion of the Virtual Campus, you will receive your Certificate of Completion via email within 48 hours.
