Instructor Essentials Certification

Taught by an esteemed member of the Stages Master Educator team, our flagship 9-hour power-based training is designed to maximize your studio’s success. Instructor Essentials covers principles of training with a power meter, power zones, goal setting, anchoring time and effort, best practices for teaching with power meters in a class setting, and Simple Sets, along with the ins and outs of the Stages SC bikes and power meters.
